Therefore, we are asserted that all Products sold on bazarf.com are genuine and brand new. In case the Products you received is ‘Defective’, ‘Damaged’ or ‘Not as Described’, you may return it by 7 days and we will fix the issue by 2-3 days after being received sold items from you (Outside Dhaka and Narayanganj would take 7-10 days). You you may demand Replacement or Refund as well.

You may Return Purchased Product in 2 Step:

    • INSTANTLY – At the time of delivery
    • Within 24 Hours – After receiving a delivery (Must Have to notify Aurora office within 24 hrs)

Returns are Easy and Hassle Free, JUST Follow These Steps below:

      • E-mail Us – Please E-MAIL us at support@aurora-bd.com with Order ID details and problem within 24 hour or CALL at
      • We Will Contact You -We will confirm the return request and will inform you about the pickup process details.
      • Send Back Product by 7 Days – You must have to send back the Products to our office within 7 days.
Please ensure that Products is in unused and in original condition. Include all price tags, labels, original packing and invoice along with the Products.

You can return the Products if:

      • Quality not OKAY – You are unhappy with the Products quality
      • Damaged -You received a physically damaged Product
      • Defective – You received a defective Product
      • Different Product -The Product is different from description on the website
      • Size -Size or Fit issue

Items Which Can Not Be Return:

      • Worn or Washed -Items that have been worn or washed can not be retured
      • If Not in Original Condition-Products must be in their original condition
      • If Used -Products should not be used
      • Original Tags-Items should be unused, unaltered, unsoiled Products with their original tags
      • Individual Items Of Combos -Products which were sold as combos or in sets, are not eligible for return/replacement as individual items
      • Original Packaging-Item must be in the original packaging, in the original condition.
      • Seal open branded electronic items cannot be returned in case of not being happy with the Products as they can’t be resold. Except if the Products is damaged or not working from the start
      • In case of branded electronic items, brands’ or e-store merchants return, repair and replacement policy will apply
      • For non branded electronic Products please see the Products condition. On Products details section
      • You need to check all non branded electronic Products when you receive the Products form delivery man (within 24 hour notification is not applicable for non branded electronic Products)
NOTE:The customer must ensure the item is packed and delivered securely. aroura-bd.com will not be responsible if the goods get damaged on the way to return to aroura-bd.com office.

Cash Back OR Refund Policy:

      • If Can’t Replace -If ar.com cannot provide replacement.
      • If Your Cash Back -After return if you want your money back
      • Different Products is Delivered -If a different products is delivered to you
      • If Cancel Booking -If you changed mind & are able to cancel booking before the Products is already shipped out to your address
      • Replacement -If you don’t want replacement

OTHER Policies:

      • Refund by 7 Days -Most refunds we solved fully by 7 days after we receive your refund claim.
      • Credit Cards Payments – If you pay us by using card then we will request a refund in bank which will take 7-10 working days.( credit card payment return may take longer depending on Commercial Banks)
      • bKash Payment -If you made payment us by bkash then we will also bkash your money to your desired account within 2-5 days.
Please note that if we send you defective Products by mistake then we will bear the delivery Cost and Transaction cost for credit card.
